Can I request a bespoke item or colourway?

Yes — absolutely! I love creating one-off pieces in custom colours or styles. Just get in touch and we’ll chat.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Clean with soft cloth and water
Avoid polish, perfume, and moisture
Remove before swimming/sleeping

Cold enamel is delicate — a little care goes a long way ✨

Is your silver hallmarked?

Not currently — most pieces are under the legal hallmarking weight (7.78g). I use recycled sterling silver wherever possible.

What materials do you use?

Recycled sterling silver, UK-sourced brass and copper, and low-temperature cold enamel powders — all chosen for quality and sustainability.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — UK only for now, but I’m working on it!

How long will my order take?

Most orders are ready in 3–5 working days. Made-to-order pieces may take up to 2 weeks.

Do you offer gift wrap or notes?

Yes! Just leave a note at checkout. I’ll wrap it with care and include a handwritten message if you’d like 🎁

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns are accepted within 14 days (excluding custom orders). Just reach out and I’ll help. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned such as earrings (for reasons of hygiene) and custom/bespoke orders.
